Nicholas John Michael Farwell, 19, 511 W. Montgomery St. Apt. 8, was charged with possession of marijuana 2 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Howard and North streets.

According to a Creston Police report, Farwell was a rear seat passenger in a vehicle stopped for a traffic violation. During the stop, officers smelled the odor of marijuana coming from the vehicle. The front seat passenger was found to possess a small bag with marijuana and a glass bong. All three occupants of the vehicle, including Farwell, admitted they were using the marijuana and smoking it from the glass bong.

Farwell was released on $1,000 bond.

Coltyn Michael Bredberg, 17, 303 N. Oak St., was charged with possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia 2:17 a.m. Wednesday at the intersection of West Howard and North streets.

Bredberg was released into the custody of his mother.

Cassandra Jo Larkin, 29, 301 W. Montgomery St., was charged on a Department of Corrections warrant for violation of parole 5:53 p.m. Wednesday at 507 N. Birch St.

Larkin was being held in Ringgold County without bond.
