The Creston softball banquet has been scheduled for 6 p.m. Friday, July 25, in the Creston High School commons.
Families are asked to bring a main dish, salad or dessert and place settings. Drinks will be provided.
All family members and friends of Creston softball are invited.
The Creston USBC Bowling Association annual meeting has been schedule for Friday, July 18.
A social gathering will be held at 6 p.m., followed by the meeting and election at 6:30 p.m.
Pizza will be provided after the meeting.
IOWA CITY — The University of Iowa Athletics Ticket Office began selling single-game tickets to home football games on Friday.
Tickets may be purchased online online at hawkeyesports.com or by phone at 1-800-IA-HAWKS. The UI Athletics Ticket Office, located in Carver-Hawkeye Arena, is open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
