Monday: pork cutlet with brown gravy, brown rice, broccoli, vanilla pudding, wheat bread/margarine.
Tuesday: taco salad (taco meat/shredded/cheese), kidney beans, tortilla chips, sour cream/taco sauce, diced pears.
Wednesday: hot beef sandwich with gravy, wheat bread, mashed potatoes, chuckwagon corn, Mandarin oranges and pineapple.
Thursday: grilled chicken breast with bun, lettuce/tomato, green and gold beans, cowboy caviar, banana.
Friday: potato crumb fish fillet, tarter sauce, baked potato with sour cream, Oregon blend vegetables, wheat bread, watermelon.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
