Adrian Jacques, 31, 210 N. Oak St. Apt. 2, was charged on Union County warrants for domestic abuse strangulation impeding blood or air flow and willful injury 9:11 p.m. Wednesday at 913 W. Mills St.

According to a Creston Police report, officers responded to a 911 call regarding a domestic assault 1:33 p.m. Saturday. Officers met with a female victim. The victim had sustained multiple facial injuries to her eyes, head and mouth, and she had swelling, bruising and marks on her neck, arms and abdomen from the acts of physical assault.
