Agenda includes: public forum; possible resolutions to appoint Rich Madison to council to fill 2nd Ward vacancy; agreement with Alan Gates for use of electricity; special assess unpaid mowing nuisances; request by Habitat for Humanity of Union County for $10,000 grant from the low-to-moderate income fund to assist with completion of home at 600 W.
