Monday: boneless pork chop, scalloped potatoes, spinach, wheat roll/margarine, cinnamon apples.
Tuesday: roasted chicken breast topped with supreme sauce, boiled potatoes, green beans with peppers and onions, wheat bread/margarine, pineapple tidbits.
Wednesday: potato crumb fish fillet, tarter sauce, baked potato with margarine and sour cream, Oregon blend vegetables, wheat bread/margarine, watermelon.
Thursday: roast beef in gravy, mashed potatoes, succotash, wheat berry bread/margarine, banana.
Friday: beef and noodles, Brussel sprouts, zucchini and tomatoes, wheat bread/margarine, grapes.
All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
