Corey James Davey, 36, 208 S. Maple St., was charged on a Union County warrant for identity theft.

According to a Union County Sheriff’s report, Clark Crow of Creston reported his credit card was taken from a residence in July. Davey used the card four different times in the amounts of $53.95 on July 31, $105.44 on Aug. 1, $105.44 on Aug. 1 at Walmart and $52 on July 31 at Casey’s.

Davey was being held in Union County Jail on $2,000 bond.
