I can smell a battle coming

Creston

I can smell a battle coming. The city has chosen to let Lincoln School go to whomever wants to bid on it. I hope the library board realizes that as soon as the city steps out, and if the library board decides to get into the bidding, the utilities will be on them. No more “we want to do this and that.” Now it’ll be, “How will we pay for our librarian and our lights, and heat, and all those little things that were under the umbrella of city government?” Welcome to the real world.
