Andre Sewell, 43, of Stuart, was charged on a Union County warrant for violation of pretrial release after two original charges of possession of a firearm 5:03 p.m. Thursday at Union County Jail.

Sewell was still being held in Union County Jail on $5,000 bond.

Julian Allison, 27, of Greenfield was charged on a Union County warrant for probation violation on original charges of second-offense operating while intoxicated 5:14 p.m. Thursday at Union County Jail.

Allison was still being held in Union County Jail awaiting bond hearing.

Terry Lynn Phelps Jr., 39, of Thayer was charged on a Union County warrant on an original charge of failure to comply with the sex offender registry.

Phelps was released on $2,000 bond.

Angela Marie Phipps, 20, 900 James Ridge, was charged with public intoxication 2:06 a.m. Saturday in the 100 block of East Adams Street.

Phipps was passed out on the sidewalk on West Adams near the intersection with North Maple Street. Phipps was highly intoxicated, and was taken into custody. She consented to a preliminary breath test, with a result of .230. Phipps was unable to provide a sample in the Data Master because she started vomiting while attempting to provide a breath sample.

Phipps was released on $300 bond.
