Monday: garlic herb baked chicken breast, mashed sweet potatoes, broccoli, fruit cocktail, dinner roll with margarine.

Tuesday: salisbury steak with onion gravy, mashed potatoes, beets, wheat bread, Mandarin oranges.

Wednesday: hot beef sandwich with gravy, wheat bread, mashed potatoes, chuckwagon corn, Mandarin oranges and pineapple.

Thursday: tuna salad on bed of lettuce, bread stick/margarine, mango cubes.

Friday: liver and onions or beef patty, oven roasted potatoes, mixed vegetables, wheat bread with margarine, fruited cake.

All meals are served with 2% or skim milk and coffee.
