When I was a little girl in the early '30s, my dad, Arthur Jensen, was in the ag. business in Adair Co., and was friends with a fellow named Guy Bush who was in agriculture in state and he sent dad all these seeds to plant. There was sugar cane hygara and soy beans, so he planted them all. People from all around (the) area came to look at those plants and they admired those beans.
